Work in progress…
Aren’t we all.
But really! This page is something that will change over time. The things offered on this page will take you away from my website, from my words... to other websites, resources, thoughts, authors, etc. I try to only offer things which I believe have some use - however these resources/books/etc. are imperfect (as am I) AND some resources may not be best fit for you and your needs. As you engage with the offerings below please take what is helpful and leave the rest. As I grow and change so too shall this webpage (though much slower than my growth as this is not a page I imagine I will update too frequently). If you have concerns with any of the content presented please let me know!

this section to be on my own creations/ renderings of resources cited
I often think of concepts/thoughts as tools - like there are recurring concepts that I tend to return to as useful tools for developing healthier mindsets (kind of like the story devices in Wonderworks) - I often represent these through analogies/drawings. There are also many tools (acronyms, concepts, analogies etc.) I've learned from other sources (books, other clinicians, research etc..) that I have made short reference versions of. I'm going to share those here - I'll site anything I know I've borrowed from a particular source/creator - but even those of my own creation were not thought out of oblivion for we are all always at once a force enacting will and a product of our environment.
(but these will be added later because it's very late and many aren't tangible created and for the ones that exist tangibly I still have to take photos)…. so enjoy what’s shared below and check back later for this section.
On my bookshelf
I read ALOT (mostly listening to audiobooks). I prefer fiction especially speculative fiction, sci-fi, fantasy, and afro-futurism or anything where the story is base in imagining our collective liberation. But I also really enjoy learning about our minds, how they work, how to live values aligned, and how to be the best therapist I can. These books are the ones that having read (in part or in full) have; really stuck with me over the years, I feel hold concepts I values, have shifted my practice, I find myself regularly referencing , or I seek to emulate. These are also listed in a random order - it's difficult to change the order so they just get added as I find them...finding lgbt+ community

CBT based free online workbooks
Have an issue and love a workbook/information? Here’s a bunch of free workbooks to varying degrees of helpful from the Western Australia Gov. Great for building skills not so helpful for deeper trauma/emotional work.

Need accomodations at work but don’t know how to ask or even what to ask for?
Here’s a the Job Accommodations Network it’s aimed at employers - which is helpful for using their language to get what you need (not great for neurodiverse affirming language — think medical model not Crip Theory)

For Autism check out all the resources on https://embrace-autism.com/ (far more affirming)
